Cookies with Santa!
Saturday December 7th from 10am – 2pm
We are partnering with our Hayward location to make this holiday season extra special for the children at Shriners Hospital. This year we will be hosting an event for all! Stop by our Hayward location for a fun-filled afternoon with Santa and the R&S family!
We will have games, prizes, food and photo opportunities with Santa! In the spirit of giving, we do ask you bring a NEW unwrapped toy which can be donated to Shriners Hospital for their annual toy drive.
We hope to see you and your families there!

2024 EBRHA (East Bay Rental Housing Association) Annual Trade Expo
Saturday, October 5th
The EBRHA 360 Trade Expo offers everything rental housing related. It is considered the Bay Area’s largest rental housing event with access to over 50 Industry Partners, keynote presenters, community leaders, and industry experts. The expo will be open from 9:00am – 3:00pm and is located in the Rotunda Building at 300 Frank H. Ogawa Plaza Oakland, CA 94612. We hope to see you there!
